Welcome home.

Updated: Jul 5, 2023

Ram Dass said "we are all just walking each other home". I love that. I believe it. And the song by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros has been on loop in my head for days now. Because it should be - because it means something to me, the people I love, and the love they share for each other. Because I'm going home. And because I'm already here.

I head back to Australia today (tomorrow? What even is time?!) after a month away - connecting with people and places I love in France and Canada, and seeing sunsets that make me feel like I am amongst magic and hope. In each person and place I've encountered - even, and especially amongst snow storms and flight delays - I have received beautiful reminders that I am right where I'm meant to be. That I'm home.

There has also been stress, and exhaustion, and lost baggage, and cancelled flights, and tears, and frustration, and existential angst. But at the core of it all, I am incredibly grateful for this privilege; my soul has found rest, and its fire been stoked, all at once.

I'd like to think that's what our homes do.

Comfort us.

And inspire us.

So I'm excited to share more with you in this coming year - from my home, to yours.

In that vein, the new homepage awaits. You may have already stumbled upon it. Either way, it's a simple look at what is to come, with a few words around how I can help you tell your story. I'm excited to talk more with you about it, and eagerly welcome conversation around what is meaningful to you, and how these offerings might help you embrace and share that.

Like the delicious wine at the French Christmas markets, I have been mulling over these offerings, letting them sit, letting them sweeten. I'll be pouring more in the new year.

For now, I want to let you know I've been thinking of you. I hope you are well. I hope you are being kind to yourself. And I hope that if you've met challenge this holiday season, you've also gifted yourself some gentle words and deep breaths. I'm looking forward to reflecting on this holiday and this year in the coming days. I'll skip New Year's Eve completely to be home for 1 Jan, no doubt raising a toast in the sky with my family - to good things, and good things to come. You can now book yoga classes for your team or special event. If you have any questions, please connect without hesitation. This is just the start.

In the name of bringing passions together, and walking each other home, here's a little snippet of some lyrics that came to me when I was living in Canada in 2017. They found their way to that song; to walking my sister down the aisle in 2019; and in 2023, my love for this tune will continue to grow as I sing my dear friend home, to another dear friend, and her love. Wherever you are, welcome home. I hope you greet yourself with open arms.
