Wellbeing is about connection: to the present, to body and breath, and to each other. My mission is to help you connect to wellbeing in your daily life, and to carry it with you to the moments that matter. I am passionate about sharing yoga and mindfulness in simple and practical ways that you can sustain in your life and work.
Fully qualified and accredited in hatha, yin, and trauma-aware yoga, I have been helping people reach their wellbeing goals through integrating yoga and mindfulness into their lives since 2018, when I completed my initial training in Ahipara, NZ.
I offer packages for workplace wellbeing both in-person in the ACT, and online for widespread and remote-working teams. I also share private classes online.
